Juicy cherry and strawberry fruits are interwoven with subtle inky earth and dried herb elements. Soft fleshy mouth feel with velvety tannins. Finishes fresh with a savoury red fruited aftertaste. Unlike most wines of the variety, our 2024 Special Release Pinot Gris is wildly unique, refined with minimal barrel aging to completely shift the dynamic of the blend.<br>Initial aromas show delicious characteristics of wild peach and crunchy green fruits like pear and apple, like a typical Pinot Gris. What really sets it apart is the notes of butter and vanilla on the palate balanced by a crisp acidity thanks to a short time in our French Oak barrels. When pairing with food, its complex flavours are best enhanced by sweet and sour dishes, roasted meat, or a finely aged cheese.
