Devil's Corner Resolution Pinot Noir is a full bodied style of Pinot Noir showing blackberry, sour cherry and hints of cedar from the quality French oak. The wine displays a juicy fruit driven middle palate with a crisp savoury texture and fine grained tannins. Given the wines depth and structure it is well worth putting some away in the cellar and looking at it again in 5 to 8 years.

This Georg Jensen Hallmark Cuvýe is a 'designer' sparkling wine created as a collaboration between the renowned Danish design house, Georg Jensen, and cool climate Heemskerk wines in Tasmania. It's presented with an elegantly crafted closure that can be used as a bottle stopper. The sparkling itself is a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, sourced from premium vineyards to produce a wine of elegance and persistence. The palate, containing notes of lemon pith and roast cashew nuts, shows restraint with a beautiful chalky mouthfeel and a backbone of taut acidity and elegant minerality.

A thrilling must-try red, and a name with a very colourful story behind it. Josef Chromy set up his winery in Tasmania in 2007 aged 76, having escaped from Czechoslavakia in 1950. We are very proud to have a Chromy exclusive, as Tasmania’s highly celebrated wines almost never leave the state! This rather regal Pinot Noir takes its name from the source of its premium fruit – the Marchington Vineyard, planted on the Marchington estate, by a man called John Smith, the alleged illegitimate son of a King of England, shipped to Tasmania in the 1800s. Strelley Farm Estate is located in the heart of Tasmanias Coal River Valley wine region and is connected to the historical town of Richmond by the oldest bridge in Australia, the Richmond Bridge. Perfumed aromas redolent of ripe raspberry and red cherry are nuanced by brooding dark plum and subtle oak spice. The palate is supple and lithe with upfront appeal and a long, concentrated fruit core framed by silky tannins and bright acidity to finish.

The nose leads with freshly picked strawberriesand cream, and pink grapefruit. The palate shows restraint with delicate strawberry fruit, bright and elegant minerality, grapefruit pith, and a soft supple lingering finish.

The wine displays a vibrant red colour. On the nose rose petal and black cherry aromas are supported by attractive stemmy, whole bunch characters. The palate is soft and round with sweet fruit flavours and a creamy texture. Bright natural acidity provides a crisp lingering finish.

A lovely aperitif style, with lifted honeysuckle and citrus from the Chardonnay and delicate strawberry Pinot characters. Tirage age of this Jansz Premium Cuvée adds nutty complexity and creamy texture.
