In the glass: Pale lemon green. On the nose: Lime, green apple and jasmine.On the palate: Bone dry and extremely mouth-watering with layers of lime, green apple and jasmine and faint chalky notes on the finish.

This wine is grown, picked and made to be elegant in style, with lifted strawberry Pinot Noir aromas. It is dry, yet succulent wine with fresh acidity and fine texture. A lovely aperitif enjoyed on its own or with lighter foods such as antipasto, pâté or fresh summer seafood.

Colour Pale colour of onion skin and copper. Aroma On the nose there are recognisable SOS characters of cantaloupe skin along with aromas of blueberries, plum, bay leaf and earth. Palate The fruit character brings a cassis juiciness into the mid palate which is soft and textured with hints of blueberry and plum fruit. The wine finishes bone dry with not much acid.

Fragrances of fresh and floral candied fruits flow off the aromatic nose, effortlessly fusing with the dry and refreshing palate full of Pinot Noir flavours. Cool mineral acidity balances these elements, leading to a long and satisfactory finish. Pair this delightful Rose with light salads, rice, pasta and goat cheese.

This beautiful salmon pink coloured Rose is a unique bend of Sangiovese, Merlot, Zinfandel, Petit Verdot & Cabernet Sauvignon, all from the Mudgee wine region. It has flavours of Ruby Grapefruit, Pink Peppercorn and Strawberry Leaf with a palate that is textural and delicate.
