With initial hints of watermelon and pink rosebud florals the nose then opens to reveal wild strawberries and cream. The palate is crisp and vibrant with delicate red fruits, an elegant dry palate and juicy fruit acidity that leaves the mouth revived and thirsty for more. 80% Pinot Noir, 15% Malbec, 5% Syrah.

The juice was cold settled for clarity with only minor levels of juice fining. Fermentation went through to dryness.
