Kura Malt Rum Finish

Helios Distillery in Okinawa Japan has been known for producing rums and awamori for a few decades. Little do people know that theyve been distilling their own whisky for a while and use their rum casks to finish this unique line of new blended whisky. An interesting addition to the world of Japanese whisky. Nose: Toasted oak and a touch of moss, creamy lemon and soft malt. Palate: Brown sugar, burnt oak again (now with a touch of earthiness to it), lime marmalade. Finish: Rye bread and a touch of bitter grape.

Akashi Blue Japanese Whisky

Akashi Blue is a blended whisky reserved in Japanese Shochu cask (American Oak) around 2 years, aged in bourbon cask before finishing in sherry casks for 1 years. Nose: Fruity, slightly sweet, vanilla. Taste: Fresh, spice, oak, hints of peat. Finish: Medium, spicy, sweet.

Kilchoman Machir Bay

Kilchoman Sanaig

Sanaig, named after an inlet on Islays rugged Atlantic coast, is a vatting of Kilchoman whisky matured in both ex-Sherry and ex-Bourbon barrels. The high proportion of Oloroso sherry casks creating a unique balance of dried fruits, dark chocolate and rich peat smoke. This exceptional spirit was awarded a Gold Medal in the 2019 San Francisco World Spirits for being an exceptional spirit that is near the pinnacle of achievement and sets the standard for its category. As part of Kilchoman's core range, Sanaig is permanently available and on-going. Akashi Toji Blended Japanese Whisky

Akashi whisky is the only whisky in the world that is made by a Toji (grand-master in the art of sake making) by implementing sake-making methodologies into the whisky making process. The distil pot used is smaller than those used by both Scottish and other Japanese distilleries, which in turn, decreases the levels of fusel alcohol. As a result, Akashi whisky does not require as long of an ageing process, while its core malt (cask strength) is smooth and delicate.

Amahagan Amahagan World Malt No 2 Red Wine Wood Finish
