The Giesen Organic Sauvignon Blanc is a brilliant new addition to the Giesen stable of outstanding white wines that includes the world famous Giesen Sauvignon Blanc. Sourced from two BioGro certified vineyards in Marlborough, this fresh and vibrant aromatic white shows the trademark burst of tropical fruit flavours the region is famous for along with plenty of lemon and lime zest to give the wine real drive. There is an understated feel to the wine, while still retaining all that we love about Marlborough; bold, fruit-driven flavour.

This attractive Sauvignon Blanc is pale lemon in colour with aromas of ripe tropical fruit and freshly cut grass. The palate displays racy acidity with great intensity of fruit flavour and a long persistent finish.

Merlot lends itself beautifully here to sparkling red made by the Di Giorgio family. Using fruit sourced from the Limestone Coast , this sparkling Merlot displays wonderful ripe, rounded characters of plum and blueberry to give a luscious almost sweet-fruited feel, yet pulls back ever so nicely to finish dry and more-ish.

This is a soft and approachable red wine which pays homage to Claret's starring role during the inception of Australia's wine industry.

A nice straw colour and a bouquet of lifted ripe stone fruit characters of white peach and nectarine with toasty oak hints adding complexity. Stone fruit and lively citrus characters gives this wine a lovely palate complemented by vanillin oak and a tight acid structure providing backbone and length.
