Rose Petals are vapour infused to collect rose water, the core ingredient of the traditional treat. Taking this to the next level of flavour Juniper has been combined with a complimentary group of botanicals, to provide a spiced warmth and an elegant finish. Finally, hibiscus is infused to complete the flavour balance and develop the brilliant colour to this show-stopping drop of Gin.

Paying homage to the historical sailors, this Gin meets the test they required for “proof” that the spirit delivered was as promised by the British Royal Navy. Using the base of our Signature Gin the intensified strength provides an enhanced flavour experience where each botanical dances on the palate. Our Honey Coconut Gin is steeped in fresh Castlemaine Honey straight from the beekeeper. Adding toasted coconut this traditional combination is complemented by a hint of fig and warm spices.
