Produced in small batches utilising grape spirit, the 78 Degrees Gin is vapour distilled using our unique column and basket distillation method, to retain delicate flavours and aromas.

Dark notes from bay leaf and angelica and sweetness from cranberries. The gin is unfiltered and may turn cloudy with the addition of water or ice.

To add a unique depth of character and flavour, Teeling Single Malt consists of aged malt whiskey up to 23 years old that has been matured in five different wine casks including Sherry, Port, Madeira, White Burgundy and Cabernet Sauvignon. This combination of cask maturation techniques has never been done before in Irish whiskey and creates a truly innovative Irish whiskey bursting with personality. Like all the Teeling Whiskeys, it's bottled at 46% with no chill filtration, allowing for all the natural flavours of the Whiskey to be retained.

Red Leg is an authentic spiced rum from the Caribbean that is named after the Red Leg Hermit Crab which is native to the coral reefs of the area. Infused with ginger and vanilla before maturing in quality oak casks to smooth out the flavours and provide a long lasting finish. Originally created in 1828 by Johann Gottlieb Boker, whose company closed during Prohibition in the 1920s. This re-formulation was released in August 2009, and uses overproof spirit and seven botanicals including orange peel, quassia bark, catechu, cardamom and mallow flowers.
