To add a depth of character Teeling Single Grain is exclusively fully matured in Californian Cabernet Sauvignon wine barrels which creates very distinctive rich amber colour while imparting strong spicy notes and lush red berries and grape flavours. Like all the Teeling Whiskeys, it's bottled at 46% with no chill filtration, allowing for all the natural flavours of the Whiskey to be retained. Made through the combination of unique ingredients, predominately maize/corn, and the modern technique of column distillation producing an exceptionally clean smooth and sweet Irish whiskey.

A limited edition bottling reformulated in 2010, using knowledge of patent bitters and referencing old formulae, medical journals and advertisements, these bitters now attempt to recreate the defunct bottling. Overproof spirit and eight botanicals are used, including chamomile, orange peel, lemon peel, coriander seed and orris root.

Writers Tears Pot Still Irish Whiskey delivers a wonderful combination of soft bourbon notes with an undercurrent of light malt with crisp, mouth watering bursts of honey and spice. This is a throwback to the last century in Ireland where spiced Pure Pot Still Whiskey was married with floral single malt.

An award winner, this tripled distilled in a copper pot and macerated for 3 days using 14 Australian native botanicals (plus 1 non-native). This unique flavoured Gin provides a hint of juniper to start off and then the intensity of the other flavours start to come through. Lemon, mint and then a boom of herbaceousness topped off by a peppery after note.

Pot still is an equipment used to distill spirits. It is a slower process and had to be done in batches in a single distillery. Green Spot is an Irish whiskey that mixed pot still whiskeys aged between 7 and 10 years, in order to find the perfect balance on the smell and taste. It opens up with notes of orchard fruits, sweet spices and toasty oak. Full body and a lasting pleasant finish with flavours of warm spices and barley.

The Teeling Vintage Reserve 30 Year Old Platinum bottling is one of the oldest Single Malt Irish whiskeys ever released. This Platinum bottling has been limited to only 250 bottles making this one of the worlds most exclusive Irish whiskeys. Located in the heart London's old spirits industry, East London Liquor Company is an independent British distillery and the first to make spirits in East London for 100 years. Originally a glue factory in Bow Wharf, East London Liquor Company found its home in the disused industrial space and repurposed the venue to create a custom-built distillery which sits within a beautiful craft cocktail bar.

Starting with Tuscan juniper berries, we searched near and far for the finest botanicals to give 1829 its balance between bright citrus characters and savoury spice. At 45%, 1829 makes a truly indulgent gin and tonic as well as a classic martini. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.

The nose of this flavoured gin is dominated by complex fruity and floral aromas. The taste is very smooth with distinctive flavours of juniper berries in the foreground surrounded by spicy flavours of liquorice, caraway and fennel.
