Sourced from family owned estate vineyards high up in the Strathbogie Ranges in Central Victoria, the 'Ladies' Riesling is able to contain the perfect acid levels to produce an aromatic white of utmost power and austerity. Not lacking in any complexity or texture, this is a food style Riesling that will drink nicely tonight or sit comfortably in the cellar for the next 3 to 4 years.

From a single block on our family owned vineyard based in the cool Great Southern, our flagship Ferngrove Cossack Riesling exudes fresh cut lime, pink grapefruit and zesty lemon with a long lasting minerality. Native to Australia's South West, the Cossack Spider-orchid is the common name for the endangered flora adorning the label.

This wine from Vickery displays hallmark Watervale aromas showing pure Riesling characteristics of fresh lemon-lime citrus, floral honeysuckle and a creamy richness. The flavours are fresh lemon citrus, with soft mineral acidity supported by the persistent and mouth-watering finish. The überblanc Riesling is attributed to a über 2001 vintage, winemaker Nick Glaetzer experienced in the Pflaz region of Germany, learning first hand some of the award winning techniques used by their winemakers. Tasmanian grapes sourced for the wine display the core elements, highly regarded by the Pflaz winemakers for or elegantly structured and balanced Riesling. Delicate lime zest and floral aromas fill the glass. Further citrus flavours develop on the fresh mineral structure, enhanced by the juicy fruit flavours.

As part of their quirky Ministry Series, Capital Wine produce a wonderfully racy and aromatic Riesling named The Whip. A floral nose of lime citrus and lemon rind followed by an intense palate of searing natural citrus acidity. The finish lingers in the mouth and is the perfect wine match with Thai food or simple fish 'n' chips.
