The Great Bonza Reserve Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon
It's made by the talented John Quarisa, who has enjoyed a “distinguished career as a winemaker spanning over 20 years” (Halliday). John likes his wines to express big personality and juicy fruit and value for money – he’s certainly achieved that here! Ripe and round blackberries conspire with flavours of plum and cinnamon spice. On the palate, rich red berries and brewed coffee make for a very appealing wine.

Bone Dry T-Bone Shiraz
Rich and velvety South Eastern Australian Shiraz. Excellent varietal fruit with just a hint of oak. With a soft palate for easy drinking, it perfectly suited to accompany your favourite pasta or barbeque meats.
Pinball Shiraz
Spicy easy drinking Shiraz from RedHeads and the sustainable winery in the heart of the Barossa where their wines are made. This is a revival of the once very popular Pinball label. RedHeads has always been a bit of a rebel! The ‘movement’ started in 2002 in the McLaren Vale – in a cellar (complete with Pinball machines) where young winemakers could come in their spare time and make just the sort of small-scale wine they dreamed of (not like they did in their day job). Since then, the winery has moved home a few times, and today make their wines in the Barossa, at one of Australia's leading eco-friendly cellars. There, surrounded by many of Australia's biggest wine names, they handcraft revolutionary wines from top batches of grapes, rescued from under the noses of the big players.

The Big Mo Durif
Help yourself to a big satisfying mouthful of dark fruit flavour with this moreish Durif, but the MO is more about momentum – the winemaker seizing the moment and riding the wave – and then enjoying the results when things align in their favour! Sip this big hearted Durif and you'll quickly get the idea.
Mach 2T Malbec
The first time we saw this funky little label it was showcasing a plush, aromatic Malbec. It’s back, and there’ll be plenty who will welcome it fondly! The name? Somewhat academic but a Mach number is defined as the ratio of two speeds. An aircraft travelling at Mach 2 is going twice the speed of sound, which itself is affected by composition and temperature. Dig a little deeper and you'll come across terms such as 'compressible flow' ... and if you're someone who is more interested in the social side of wine enjoyment rather than the science behind it, you'll probably be wanting to stop reading and pour yourself a glass of this juicy and very delicious Malbec showing swathes of fruit to coat your tastebuds.
