Crafted from only the finest organic grapes, our winemakers have created a delectable drop from McLaren Vale that is bursting with dark black fruits, spicy pepper and cinnamon oak flavours.

The Nosey Parker simply delivers in spades. Swathes of sweetly spiced blackberry woven with pencil shaving oak, backed up by a rich, powerfully long palate. The Nosey is a very versatile wine in that it is perfectly suited to be enjoyed on its own or is equally at home when paired with rich and flavoursome cuisine.

The grapes used to create Bleeding Heart Shiraz were destemmed and cold soaked. This led to the creation of a ruby red coloured wine. The luxurious bouquet flaunts enticing aromas of plums, red berries and sweet spice, with savoury oak hints lurking in the background. Soft tannins integrate with the intense and generous palate containing cassis and dark berry flavours, culminating the wine in a rich and captivating finish. This dazzling Shiraz tastes amazing with braised chicken, grilled eggplant and Gouda cheese.

We're embracing the return of Parous with open arms (and mouths). This mofo fave producer is bringing the party with the 2021 vintage, singing with Rhône-esque qualities, one bottle is not enough. This has serious breadth on the palate while remaining fresh enough to warrant another glass.
