Macedonias wine history dates back before Alexander and was considered one of the best wine making regions by the Roman empire. Today, Macedonia is continuing its rich wine heritage with modern interpretations of both indigenous and international varieties. This white blend is aged in Amphoras based on ancient versions dug up in Dalvinas vineyards. This dry white shows aromas of citrus and granny smith apples, creamy mouthfeel and long clean, fresh finish.

Crémant to Die For Crémant de Die Brut
Cremant To Die For is a playful take on Cremant de Die, an appellation for dry sparkling wines located halfway up the Rhone Valley on its Eastern side. Cremant To Die For is a blend of 85% Clairette Blanche, 10% Aligote, and 5% Muscat. It is made in traditional Champagne method, with a minimum of 12 months on lees. Pale gold in colour, with aromas of citrus and subtle almond meal. The mousse is soft and gentle on the palate, balanced with a subtle, fruity sweetness. A light, pleasant, easy-drinking sparkling wine.

Displaying notes of citrus, white flowers and ginger on the nose, this attractive off-dry Riesling shows subtle sweet flavours of lemon curd, mandarin and orange peel. Those flavours are then balanced beautifully with a structured acid backbone and minerality that keeps the succulent flavours dancing on the palate for an age.
