House of Arras Grand Vintage is at the pinnacle of Australian sparkling wine! The fruit is sourced from the cool climate region of Tasmania where Ed Carr (Gourmet Wine Traveller Winemaker of the Year 2011) and his team produce an outstanding wine of incredible complexity and character resulting from extended maturation on yeast lees.

Pinot noir sourced from the Coal River and Derwent valleys in Tasmania and the Upper Yarra Valley in Victoria. Bright ruby with ripe dark and red cherry fruits, raspberry coulis and wild strawberry with hints of leaf litter, spice, softly spoken vanillin oak, char siu, mushroom broth, amaro herbs and wildflowers. Graceful and pure with excellent tension between fruit and mineral acidity, fading off slowly in a fan of spiced red fruits.

The Rose Champagne has fruity aromas of wild red berries, followed by floral notes, and the sugary and spicy fragrance of zest; and the aromas of dried fruit and cocoa result from the wines vinifying in oak tuns. Rich and full-bodied, Brut Rosé exalts the maturity of the fruit. A sparkling wine with an initial impression of freshness, it opens smoothly with almost exotic notes, combined with the pure minerality of the Chardonnay grapes. The Brut Vintage displays a bright yellow-gold colour enhanced by a continuous thread of lingering bubbles. The nose, instantly elegant, exudes delicate scents of citrus fruit (tangerine) announcing a beautiful freshness. Later it reveals an outstanding aromatic complexity with hints of peaches, apricots and almonds. The palate first reveals a very creamy and full-bodied texture. The immediate impression of freshness gives way to an unctuous and well-balanced structure offering aromas of fresh biscuits and ripe fruit (apricots). This is a rich champagne of strong character, with vinosity, keeping nevertheless all its elegance and delicacy, it is the very soul of Pol Roger.

G.H.MUMM Millésimé 2006 is a luminous and bright golden yellow in colour with fine, lingering bubbles.The nose reveals a superbly complex wine: notes of apple and pear, with yellow fruit such as apricot and mirabelleplum. It then develops aromas of dried fruit and nuts with hints of pastry. After a strong attack, the wine developsgradually. It then reveals the increasingly perceptible presence of Pinot Noir, giving an unctuousness to the structure before unfolding into a long, precise finish.

This delightful Champagne rose oozes charm and elegance. Displays vibrant aromas that are awakened by notes of red berries, red currants, fresh pomegranates and kiwifruit. Flavours of almond cakes are discovered on the palate, alongside lovely fruit characters which work in harmony with the presence of a delicious purity and freshness.

Made only in exceptional years, Brut vintage reflects both the Louis Roederer house style and the characteristic of the year. Aged for 5 years, the vintage is created from 66 per-cent Pinot Noir and 34 per-cent Chardonnay. The elegant straw gold colour is home to a fine necklace of bubbles.
