Once fermented, a tirage is added, and a second fermentation takes place in a pressurized tank. Bubbles are naturally formed and captured to produce a fine sparkling wine.

Redbank Victorian Prosecco NV is a sparkling white wine from Victoria, Australia. It has a refreshing, delicate nose of crisp pear, apple, and citrus fruits. The palate is zesty and lively, underpinned by a subtle minerality. The colour is pale lemon with a light coral hue. On the palate, it is light-bodied and off-dry with a vibrant acidity and flavours of ripe lemon, guava and soft melon. The finish is crisp and refreshing with a pleasant lingering aftertaste.
