The Stubborn Few Shiraz

This is a celebration of The Stubborn Few - A minority who, threw caution to the wind and forged the way for modern Australian wine making. One of them, a South Australian, defied preconceptions and invented wine cask, breaking the rules just to keep his wine fresh. A box makes perfect sense. Its airtight, economical and environmentally friendly. The Stubborn Few Shiraz is rich and juicy flavours of plum, vanilla and warm spice. So kick back and raise a glass to thinking outside of the box.

Two Churches The Preacher Shiraz

Renowned for full bodied Shiraz, this South Australian wine won't disappoint. Two Churches is full of plum and spice leading to a warm finish that is well-rounded and makes for very enjoyable drinking. A great match with roasted lamb or mushroom risotto. When the first German immigrants arrived in South Australia, they brought with them their culture, religion and a hard work ethic. They established vineyards and built a church to house their faith in a small town. However the two priests disagreed on most things. In an attempt to stop their quarrelling two separate churches were built. The original preachers might not have seen eye to eye, and these days we still have our differences, but one thing we all agree on is South Australia’s reputation to grow world class wine.
