Palest pink with a clear hue. Moscato is a very aromatic wine! It has the distinctive and perfumed aromas of rose water and fresh blossom flowers. It has characters of 'Turkish Delight' with hints of musk and candied fruit. This is a delightful wine with loads of fresh, sweet fruit flavours. With an alcohol of less than 8%, it's light and delicately fruity with sweet pink grapefruit characters and guava fruit flavours. The residual sweetness gives this Moscato its good palate weight and the fresh acidity balances the wine beautifully and gives it its clean finish. This Moscato is definitely a wine to be enjoyed while fresh and young; once it's well chilled it's ready to enjoy!

It has a lovely bouquet of dark berries and mocha with a soft fruit-driven palate of red currants and plums. The palate is soft, juicy and lingering. A number of parcels are sourced for this blend, once the grapes have reached optimal ripeness the fruit is harvested during the cool of night for delivery to the winery. The fruit is destemmed and sent to static fermenters for a long cool fermentation. Once pressed off skins the wine is pressed off to oak barrels for 9 months maturation of 9. Colour is a shimmering pale straw, the nose an enticing explosion of vibrant youthful character: lemon blossom, ground lime zest, lavender, fruit tingle, musk and talc. On the palate intense citrus and green apple characters bring appealing fruit sweetness, restrained by gentle guiding acidity that delivers persistence of flavour and a long, fresh finish, with the lingering wet stone minerality that is a signature of Great Southern Riesling. Exuberant but impeccably balanced, this wine has a great future.

Frankland River Shiraz has a strong reputation for quality and its ability tocellar and age gracefully. The Black Label Shiraz is delicate with firm, ripetannins, fresh red berry fruit and subtle toasty French Oak length. APPEARANCE Vibrant ruby with purple hue. NOSE Upfront red berries with hints of black pepper and barrel spice. PALATE Firm, ripe tannins, cherries and hints of French Oak on the finish.

Bright, red and dark berries. A touch of sweet spice, dense, intense fruit on the palate. Really impressive. Great balance and length.
