We are thrilled to present this latest edition of summer thirst quenching rosés to the range. Located in the picturesque Anjou district of France's western Loire Valley, the region is famous for producing generously flavoured, textural wines with various levels of sweetness. The two red grapes used in production, Grolleau and Cabernet Franc impart a delicious spectrum of summer red berry fruit, combining the classic stylistic descriptor of 'strawberries and cream'.

The first whiff of this restrained Sauvignon Blanc indicates a departure from the hugely aromatic styles of Marlborough. It has a delicate floral nose with an inkling of Indian spice while the fruit is more stone-fruit than tropical. The palate is elegant, texturally soft with a mouthfeel of freshness and breadth. The cool climate of the Loire produces wines with distinctive freshness, a lean acidity and a spicy or steely spine.

A sip of Devil's Lair Honeybomb is an expression of flavour, colour andtextures in the mouth. Light pink with a copper hue, this wine has crushed summer berry flavours with a creamy texture and a seductive hint of sweetness. Sourced from Western Australia and made at Devils Lair winery, this wine continues the wineries philosophy of making wines that define the region, respect the variety and are delicious to drink. Shiraz dominant red blended wine lending bright raspberry fruit and plush tannin structure with Cabernet Sauvignon to provide blackberry fruits , palate weight and structure and then Grenache to provide spice and fruit sweetness on the palate. The nose has intense lifted mocha, caramel and baking spice notes. The palate is full and mouth coating with brown sugar, jammy blackberry and chocolate notes.

The Portrait wines embody the original promise Peter Lehmann made to the growers to make wines that show the true character of the Barossa. Collectively, these wines present a portrait of the region with a selection of the traditional varietals that made it famous. A vivacious wine, with balance and structure, made from dry grown low-yielding bush Grenache and a touch of Shiraz. The colour is a delicate salmon pink with an aroma of early picked raspberries and strawberries. It is a refreshing, dry Rosé style ideal for casual sipping or as an accompaniment to lighter food dishes - served lightly chilled and drink it while it is young and fresh.

Squealing Pig is a tale about a pig who wanted more from life. Keen on wine, but not a fan of the boar, he went on an adventure to Marlborough and Central Otago seeking out Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir and Rosé wines with a difference. Pale salmon colour it is a crisp, silky smooth style of Sparkling Rose. Intensely aromatic on the nose and tastes full and luscious on the palate.

Full of wonderful flavours of spicy plum, cherry and blackberry this tasty wine is very approachable. A nice balance of all this fruit makes it a versatile red that can be enjoyed with tomato based Italian food through to spicy Asian food.
