Hidden Gem Semillon Sauvingon Blanc is a refreshing blend that puts on full displays flavours of zesty lemon and gooseberry flavours with a clean, crisp finish. Subtle nose with subtle hints of white flowers, honeysuckle and sage. Round and supple in the mouth, this wine reveals beautiful minerality, freshness and a slight bitterness on the finish. Famille Perrin owns the famous estate of Chateau de Beaucastel, situated in the Southern Rhone. The region is renowned for Chateauneuf du Pape and Cotes du Rhone wines. VINTAGE CONDITIONS Early spring rains set up growth for an excellent canopy giving the fruit good protection over the warm dry summer. Harvested in late January, when the baume was 12.2 fermented in stainless steel tanks. COLOUR - Light yellow tones. AROMA - A nose of stone fruits.
