At the winery this wine is served on tap. That's how popular it is. Lighter in alcohol, and with green apple and fairy floss characters leaping out of the glass, this is sweet, fun and unashamedly easy drinking. Naturally effervescent and cold fermented it is made from old vine Gordo and Black Muscat.

Lifted aromas of ripe peach, nectarine and cantaloupe and mixed spice with toasty notes. On the palate, complex flavours of ripe peaches and cream with lively nectarine, biscuit and yeast notes and mineral like acidity.

Secret I.D Shiraz. The palate has berry fruit and oak undertones with a soft round velvety texture.

Secret I.D - Pinot Grigio. Pale straw in colour, pear, citrus aromas on the palate, refreshing clean and dry.

2 Monkeys Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is a fresh tasting, zesty wine with guava and citrus flavours and a clean crisp finish. Serve chilled and enjoy with tiger prawns or satay chicken fresh off the grill.

A deliciously fresh Chardonnay full of peaches and cream flavours and a crisp minerally finish. Serve chilled and enjoy with roast chicken or BBQ prawns. VINTAGE CONDITIONS Early spring rains set up growth for an excellent canopy giving the fruit good protection over the warm dry summer. Harvested in late January, when the baume was 12.2 fermented in stainless steel tanks. COLOUR - Light yellow tones. AROMA - A nose of stone fruits.
