The Cabernet brings succulent blackberry and plum to the glass, all enriched by toasty, supple oak tannins. Aromas of dark cherry, blackcurrant and plum layered with toasty oak. Jacobs Creek winemaking dates back to 1847 when Johan Gramp planted his first vineyard on the banks of Jacob's Creek. This full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits an aroma of mint and blackcurrant, with a palate rich in blackcurrant and plum fruit flavours with smooth tannins.

The Lachlan Ridge Shiraz 2 Lt Cask exhibits lifted aromas of raspberry and sweet plum with hints of spice supported by vanilla oak. On the front palate sweet raspberry and dark berry fruits are present. Medium grainy tannins are evident, adding structure; however this red wine remains soft. The mid palate is rich with fruit sweetness, vanillin oak and spice complexity, ultimately finishing dry and soft.
