Steingarten Eden Valley Riesling was the first Riesling of its kind in Australia, setting the benchmark for cool-climate Riesling for the past 50 years. A superb modern Australian dry Riesling which will richly reward patient and careful cellaring for up to 10 years.

Fruit from Tasmanias smallest, most maritime wine region the Cradle Coast. Harvested in mid April, fruit was immediately pressed off skins with only free-run juice retained. Fermentation was ceased at the desired residual sugar level to ensure a total integration of wine components. Lees stirring also introduced during maturation for texture and aromatic depth. Winemaker Justin Arnold, has absolutely nailed this wine! It delivers plenty of lively acidity but also generous mid palate weight. Think lime blossom, mandarin, sea spray and green pineapple. Established in 1893, Leasingham was a founding winery of the Clare Valley, crafting wine for nearly 120 years. Today, they select only the most outstanding wines for release under the premium Classic Clare label. Consistent show success rewards the depth and integrity of these distinctly regional wines.

With its fresh, intense lemon tonic, pear, apple, oyster shell aromas, superb lemon curd richness, persistence and minerality, Crawford River Riesling reflects the modern idiom of the Riesling style. The dry-grown vines, first planted in 1975 by John Thomson, are deeply anchored in gravelly friable basalt loams over clays and an ancient limestone seabed. Second generation winemaker Belinda Thomson, with her father John Thomson, continues the philosophy of minimal intervention and movement during vinification. The cold-settled juice is batch fermented around 12° - 15° C and left on lees for around six weeks before bottling in September.

Eden Hall Reserve Riesling made from fruit from select rows in block 8 with a south western aspect. It is pale straw yellow showing a lifted, perfumed floral nose with hints of lavender. Steely minerality on the palate with more lemon than lime. A tight, single minded classic Eden Valley Rizza of impecable pedigree smugly basking in its understated nobility.

Glowing green gold in colour, Carillion The Crystals Chardonnay displays aromas of lean fig and pineapple with a subtle layer of grilled cashew. Lean mineral complexity leads into fresh lime and grapefruit held up with hints of vanilla from quality French oak. Perfect for a summer picnic.

Planted in the Southern Victorian cool-climate region of Henty in 1964, the Drumborg Vineyard has become one of Australia's premier vineyards for producing Riesling, Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and Chardonnay. Always in very limited supply, the Drumborg Riesling is a delicate white with pronounced floral notes and notes of citrus zest on the nose. The palate follows through with delicate lime flavours and a trademark zippy mineral acid backbone. Wonderfully fresh and vibrant early in its life, the Drumborg Riesling is also famous for ageing exceptionally well and will further develop in the bottle for a further decade or more.

A wine with distinct regional characters, Robert Stein Cabernet Sauvignon has core blackcurrant fruits and earthiness aromas on the nose. The deliciously ripe forest fruits and sweet spice fills the palate and the structured acidity and the grainy tannins add to a lengthy finish.
