This deep red Shiraz is filled with aromas of blackberry and plum intergrated with toasty vanillian oak. On the palate it delivers layers of spice, cherries and chocolate flavours, with well-balanced tannins.

At its core is rich blackcurrant, and dark cherry, beautifully melding with dark chocolate and hints of charry oak with supple underlying tannins. Deep red currant colour. Briar blackcurrants, ripe plums and chocolate. The central palate is black currant cassis with creamy oak and cedar. Elegant in structure, the cherry finish is savoury and velvet soft.

Sourced from up to 100 year old bush vine Grenache. Deep dark red core with black shaded edges and a bright red hue. Sailing from the glass are vibrant aromatics of raspberry, red cherry and red liquorice infused with fresh herbs followed by some delicate spicy earth notes. Rich succulent dark raspberry, ripe cherry and red liquorice fruits are delivered with excellent intensity across the mid weighted palate. Subtle notions of scorched earth and peppered dried herbs lie underneath. Polished tannins finishing with a nicely balanced youthful freshness and long juicy aftertaste. Electric dark purple in the glass. Aromas of cherry, violet and sage explode from the glass. Flavours of cherry, dark chocolate and bouquet garni. This luscious wine saturates the palate and fills the mouth with fine chalky tannins and a burst of purple fruit before a crescendo of cranberry juice acidy, keeping the wine fresh and vibrant.

Bright red berries- boysenberries and raspberries- some fennel seed and sage, dutch licorice and classic Clare ironstone.It’s a really supple and sinewy wine, sculpted muscle through the palate tapering off to a fine tannin finish. It’s remarkably sprightly and fresh for its age and is only just hitting its straps. It’s got years ahead of it.

This is a wine proudly displaying its regional origins, rippling with the textbook dark fruit, spearmint, licorice and ironstone characters that define the region’s best cabernet based blends. It’s fine framed and nicely poised, lots of lively red fruits and a bright juiciness to the palate. Gently grippy, tightly wound tannins provide impressive length.

This pleasingly rich and unusual blend of Grenache and Cabernet Franc from the Clare Valley offers a bouquet of ripe cherries and plums. The palate shows spicy fruit flavour and soft tannins.
