Burn Cottage Vineyard Moonlight Race Pinot Noir
Burn Cottage Vineyard Moonlight Race Pinot Noir. A myriad of mulberry, wild thyme and enticing savoury undertones are interwoven with layers of ripe summer berries. The palate displays both generosity and restraint, with plump and supple tannins that are supported by an amalgam of summer ripened plums, dark cherry and a freshness reminiscent of ripe red fruits. The finish is long, the wine showing lovely fruit purity and definition.
Quartz Reef Pinot Noir
Rudi Bauer is part of the reason Central Otago is on the Pinot Wine Map so prominently. His Pinot's show great depth of colour with aromas of forest floor, earth and mouth filling flavours of berry and cherry fruits.

Nanny Goat Super Nanny Central Otago Pinot Noir
Big, bold and full of all the black fruits, namely cherries, the Super Nanny is tempered with subtle notes of leather, spice and oak. Fine tannins and juicy acidity join forces to give it a long, clean finish. Super Nanny loves gamey red meats, so try it with duck or venison in particular.
Felton Road Bannockburn Pinot Noir
Felton Road really is a fine winemaker. This is its regular bottling and what a wine, with lush, dark cherry and mysterious foresty aromas. It's very ripe and rich and the palate has intensity and drive, with fresh acidity keeping it all singing.
Rockburn Nine Barrels Pinot Noir
An excellent bouquet with a core of ripe red fruits from raspberry and red cherry of the forest and farmers market. There’s also plenty of smoky wood scent with spices of cinnamon, nutmeg and clove. On the palate the wine is taut and youthful with tannins and acidity driving the texture then wood spices and a core of ripe fruits and a light savoury dried herb quality. A wine that simply needs more time to bring together all the attributes and meld. Length finish, well made and ready to drink from late 2024
Prophet's Rock Wines Olearia Pinot Noir
Prophet's Rock Wines Olearia Pinot Noir, Central Otago Located in the hills of Bendigo, a subregion of Central Otago, the Olearia Pinot Noir fruit was sourced exclusively from the highest elevation parcels of Rocky Point Vineyard. Planted on mineral-rich schist soils on some of the steepest blocks in Otago, the rocky incline drops away sharply to the blue waters of Lake Dunstan below. The grapes are hand-picked and fermented using indigenous 'wild' yeast and matured for 17 months in French oak barrels. The result? An aromatic nose of violets, followed by a concentrated kaleidoscope of blackberry, dark chocolate, spices, smoke, and an integrated tannin structure. Seamless, velvety and seductive.
