Atop the ridge, Beachwood fruit is removed from the coldest nights, and benefits from the slightly breezier summer days. This brings out the tropical, slightly minerally notes in the fruit, and herby aromatics. Colour: Button grass green/ pale yellow. Nose: Aromatic, herby, nettles and white peach. Palate: Exploding fruit, zesty and refreshing. Cloudy Bay Te Koko is an individual expression of the sauvignon blanc grape, a complex and savoury wine that is both deliciously aromatic and richly textured.
