Single Vineyard Barossa Grenache Shiraz Mataro (GSM)
"GSM is a signature blend from the Barossa, so it was only natural that our first Gudilly blend comes from our family’s homeland, and utilising three varieties that have been central to Barossa's winemaking since the 1840s." Simon Sorby Adams, winemaker Showcases the vibrant red fruit and spice characteristics of Grenache (75%), the structure and depth provided by Shiraz (15%), and the savory notes and tannins from Mataro (10%). The result is a wine with a unique character, offering dark berry fruits, spice, and a rich, flavorful finish. "A fine example of the famous Barossa blend." Ken Gargett, Wine Pilot Contemporary and drinkable, GUDILLY is sustainably made, and with the next generation in mind.
