We know we've said it before but, it's important to note: Sidewood Estate have, what is considered by some to be, the most state-of-the-art sparkling winemaking facilities in the country, if not the world. Along with a reputation for astonishing wines, they also have a history of criminally under-pricing their own products. With a traditional blend of 65% chardonnay and 35% pinot noir, this wine has wonderfully toasty brioche aromas enhanced by zesty citrus and bright green apple. A harmonious palate of citrus blossom, biscuits and further green apple, is complemented by a clean, mineralic acidity and a loooooooong, elegant creamy finish. Where do we sign up?

Pristine fruit, treated in the traditional method and left 5 years on lees, the Isabella Late Disgorged is one for the sparkling purists. Joan's Sparkling Méthode Champenoise Rosé celebrates Joan Anson's wine journey. We re-fermented sparkling wines made together in our Hawthorn garage in the 1990's, Barwon Ridge 2011 Chardonnay, 2021 Barwon Ridge Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and our first Pinot Meunier. All of the components were co-fermented and some additional Pinot Noir was added to produce a lovely pink hue. A never to be repeated tribute to Joan. Joan Anson (1950 - 2021).

Taittinger Brut Reserve contains a blend of 40% Chardonnay and 60% Pinot Meunier. A golden-yellow beauty with an expressive aroma of fruits, flowers and vanilla pod. The palate is delicate and equally fruity with hints of honey for a touch of sweetness.

This light pink hued Pink Heath Sparkling Pinot Noir is lined with an apricot blush along the edges. The fragrant bouquet flaunts intense strawberry and rose aromas which intermix with juicy red currant flavours on the rich and sweet palate. This wonderful Pinot Noir ends in a lingering finale.

Fresh and fruity with brioche and yeast characters on the nose. The palate has a fine bead and flinty finish. Made from 100% chardonnay using traditional method with four years on lees.

Pale straw in colour. Aromas of apples and citrus along with a bready note. Refreshing acidity adds drive to a generous mid-palate with an everlasting long finish.

Single Bottle Timber Box Pine Box With Hinged Lid Wood Wool Included This wine is a non vintage blend of Shiraz that contains wine from every vintage of Shiraz since 1997. Each year in spring Bleasdale freshen the base blend by adding new vintage Shiraz, freshening the pre-Christmas bottling with new vintage wine, maintaining consistency. Bleasdale Sparkling Shiraz is richly flavoured with deep colour and displays dark berry fruit aromas, sweet plum and spicy flavours, silky tannins and a rich, velvety smooth palate.
