Umamu Estate Margaret River Macann Sparkling
This is our first of the MacAnn Sparkling series. 'MacAnn' is after our founders – my parents Mac & Ann – who discovered the Margaret River in the early 80s and fell in love with our vineyard in 1997. Bursting to say hello and invite you for banter, MacAnn Sparkling is a wine for celebrations and especially when celebrating life. MacAnn Sparkling is made from Semillon with a splash of Sauvignon Blanc in the traditional method. The grapes were picked in the early morning on 15th March 2019 and battonaged weekly for two months to make the sparkling base wine. Then into bottle on the 25th July on lees for 15 months. Disgorged on the 27th October 2020 with 4g/L.
Cloudy Bay Pelorus Rose Non-Vintage
Pelorus Rosé is smooth and elegant, with a pale salmon hue and brambly aromas. The nose is laden with raspberries, cranberries and wild strawberries, while red florals, rosehip and marzipan hover at the fringe. Baked quince, cranberry and brioche meet citrus notes on the palate, while its fine structure persists all the way to a soft, dry finish.

Our pale pink 1682 Pinot Noir Rosé Cap Classique is fresh with fruity aromas of raspberry jelly, wild strawberry sorbet, red apple skin and toasted brioche. The wine has a very fine mousse that lifts the raspberry-like aromas and is balanced well with a creamy texture and bright acidity with a lingering dry finish. Enjoy in its youth or cellar for 3 to 5 years to promote a more savoury flavour development. Joan's Sparkling Rosé
Joan's Sparkling Méthode Champenoise Rosé celebrates Joan Anson's wine journey. We re-fermented sparkling wines made together in our Hawthorn garage in the 1990's, Barwon Ridge 2011 Chardonnay, 2021 Barwon Ridge Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and our first Pinot Meunier. All of the components were co-fermented and some additional Pinot Noir was added to produce a lovely pink hue. A never to be repeated tribute to Joan. Joan Anson (1950 - 2021).
