Its medium bodied but still very generous for Pinot Noir but very flavoursome and moreish. Red and dark fruited with soft tannins and pleasurable as a wine on its own or with food, particularly a mushroom and parmesan tagliatelle.

Pocketwatch Pinot Noir was produced using grapes grown in Mornington Peninsula and Yarra Valley. It is a delicate red wine exhibiting subtle hints of oak from its nose. Displaying bright fruit characteristics, the palate is filled with red fruit flavours of cherry and raspberry combined with a slight earthy appeal and nuances of oak. An easy-to-drink wine, it can be paired with roasted chicken, pasta, grilled salmon and duck.
