A copybook Provence rosé, from an historic site where wine was first produced by the Romans. The blend consists of grenache, syrah and cinsault. The grapes are harvested and handled as gently as possible. It's appearance is beautifully glossy with a pale peach robe and apricot accents. An elegant, floral and fruity bouquet prepares you for the ample, fruity and round flavours. An ideal wine to enjoy with a light salad or prosciutto and melon.

Catena Malbec combines rich dark berried fruits together with hints of violet on the nose. Complex layers of blueberry and blackberries on the palate finishing with silky tannins and hints of dark chocolate, vanilla notes. Latin America has been known to produce some fiery temperaments, but theres something really cool coming out of Argentina - Malbec is what were getting into right now. Malbec is well suited to Australian tastes, it loves a steak, and offers big, bold vibrant notes. We think this is one Latin American youll get along with famously.

Mouton Cadet Select, is the result of the selection from the best parcels of highest terroirs across the Bordeaux region. Created in 1930, by Baron Philippe de Rothschild, Mouton Cadet has become a standard-setter for Bordeaux wines in France and rapidly overseas. The nose initially reveals black cherry, very ripe red fruit notes, hints of mocha and spice. From a supple and voluptuous attack on attractive fruit, the mid-palate displays powerful flavours with forward red fruit, leading into a long and spicy finish.

Pouring a gorgeous raspberry hue with aromas of fresh coriander and grated nutmeg. Silky in texture with a juicy palate comprising strawberries and blood orange. Partial whole bunch fermented delivering a subtle amount of warming spice to finish. Sam Wigan started out in the wine industry by working a vintage with his father at Peter Lehmann wines before heading to Geyser Peak in California. Returning to Australia with the winemaking bug, Sams style involves letting the varietal characteristics of the grapes shine through, by using natural/wild fermentation and malolactic fermentation, with minimal additions and no finings. Having a nice meal with friends and family is one of his favourite things, so he crafts the wines to be fun, drinkable and best enjoyed with food and good company. From Coteaux d'Aix en Provence, and produced from carefully harvested and gently handled 55% Grenache, 20% Cinsaut, 10% Syrah, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The result is an ultra pale rosé wine with a nose of elegant small red summer fruits and plenty of refreshing citrus aromas. This wine is vivacious and fresh, with a pleasant complexity. A delicious aperitif, it pairs gracefully with grilled meats, seafood and mediterranean cuisine.

This wine has an intense aroma of red berries, accompanied by hints of vanilla and chocolate. It shows great structure on the palate, and persistence of the fruit. Pèppoli is characterised by elegant and gentle tannins. Tuscany is without doubt a wine region that produces some of the most important reds in the World. It is a region full of tradition, but in continuous evolution since the introduction of international grape varietals and the use of the French barrels that became common in the seventies. Beginning in the 80's and through the 90's the new wines, the Super Tuscans, benefited the whole Tuscan region. The Antinori family has been in the wine business since Giovanni di Piero Antinori joined the Florentine Guild of Vintners in 1385 more than 26 generations ago. Throughout the company's long history it has remained family owned and operated, and today it is directed by Marchese Piero Antinori.

Michel Chapoutier continues to produce wines of unbelievable value and his Cotes du Rhône is the leader of the pack. For under $20, medium bodied reds don't get better than this.

Maison Les Alexandrins is a collaboration between two renowned winegrowers from the Rhone Valley - Nicolas Jaboulet and Alexandre Caso. Their wines are crafted in a signature style that is at once contemporary and timeless, and always from exceptional vineyards unearthed by Alexandre Caso, a specialist in the terroirs of the Northern Rhone. A blend of 60% Grenache Blanc, 30% Viognier, and 10% Marsanne. The fruit sourced from the low altitude vineyards provide crispness and delicacy, while the hillside vineyards bring density and richness from their granitic soils. Beautiful pale-yellow colour with shiny reflections. Combining freshness and deliciousness, the nose is seductive with aromas of ripe pears and candied quince, highlighted by spicy notes of anise. The palate reveals a beautiful balance and roundness with a tangy aromatic lift, which evolves into pastry and juicy fruit aromas. With great length, the finish presents a lovely texture which brings liveliness.
