Bursting with juicy raspberries, red currants and baked cherry pie, there’s a twist of hibiscus, poached rhubarb and that earthy rooibos tea vibe for good measure. A hint of spearmint keeps things fresh, while French oak brings in just the right touch of cinnamon and spice. It’s silky, bright, and finishes long with a little figgy sweetness. Smooth, savoury, moreish, that classic cool-climate Pinot with just a little bit extra.

2023 was a cool vintage that produced exceptional wines across all varieties. Despite the delayed harvest caused by the cooler growing season, we were fortunate to have a mild summer with just a few hot days that allowed our fruit to mature gradually. Consequently, our wines boast complex and elegant flavours, fine tannins, and beautiful natural acidity.

An excellent new discovery from the home of Pinot the Yarra Valley. In the glass: Medium garnet. On the nose: Blood plum, red cherry and clove with tilled earth and tea leaf notes. On the palate: Medium weight and savoury with a fine tannin backbone underpinning the refined core of red and black fruit. Finishes with earthy spice adding complexity to the persistent finish. An elegant wine that really unfolds in the glass.
