Jefferson's Very Small Batch Bourbon

Founded in 1997, Jefferson’s is the brainchild of Trey Zoeller and his father Chet, a famed bourbon historian. They were continuing a family whiskey tradition that goes back to Trey’s 8th generation grandmother who was arrested in 1799 for the “production and sales of spirituous liquors.” His curious and experimental mindset has allowed him to push the boundaries of bourbon whiskey. Upholding tradition, yet always discovering new possibilities. Jefferson’s Very Small Batch is a blend of Jefferson’s bourbon – a simple, yet substantial whiskey – with 3 additional hand-selected straight bourbons of varying mash bills and ages. This creates a whiskey of consistent quality while allowing for complex nuances to express themselves in each new batch. Jefferson’s Very Small Batch is an approachable, easy-drinking and smooth bourbon whiskey that’s perfect whether enjoyed neat or in a cocktail, and enjoyed both by connoisseurs and people new to the premium bourbon market. On the nose you will find brown Sugar with a hint of citrus. The flavours on the palate are of vanilla, peaches and toffee, with a delicate warm, honeyed finish.

1792 Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey

Barton 1792 Distillery was established in 1879 and continues today as the oldest fully-operating Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky. Situated in heart of bourbon country on 196 acres, the Distillery boasts 29 barrel aging warehouses, 22 other buildings including an impressive still house, and the legendary Tom Moore Spring. In order to create this unique bourbon, the finest barrels are selected and tasted from the best aging warehouses. Only those barrels deemed "exceptional" are then bottled individually, one by one. This preserves the distinct character of each barrel. This superior bourbon has flavors of rich butterscotch and caramel notes, delicately balanced with hints of fruit and toffee.

FEW Spirits Cold Cut Bourbon with Cold Brew Coffee

Founded in 2011 by Paul Hletko, you'll find FEW Spirits down a dark back alley in Evanston, Illinois, in an old chop-shop making flavourful whiskey and gin. The name is taken from Frances Elizabeth Willard’s initials, an historical figure who made Evanston the home of the Woman’s Christian Temperance Union. Ironically, Frances was a staunch supporter of prohibition and was one of many who played part in ensuring Evanston remained a dry city beginning in 1855 and finally ending in 1972. FEW brews up an eye opening new experience. Cask strength FEW Spirits Bourbon, brought to bottling strength using cold brew coffee. Cold cut most definitely drinks like a whiskey despite a unique angle. Whiskey flavours dominate – but smooth cold brew delivers unexpected depth and a boldness that leaves you asking for a refill. Cinnamon and clove with dark rich roasted notes. A smooth body and hints of coffee that build sip by sip. But never overpower their unique, bold take on bourbon. The finish offers a soft and approachable profile that lingers on the palate.

Eagle Rare 10 Year Old Bourbon Whiskey

"One soaring, beautiful eagle." - Jim Murray's Whisky Bible We first tasted Eagle Rare in 2006 when it was labelled 'Single Barrel'. As of 2019, that changed to a multi-barrel blend with a ten year old age statement. It remains a standout value - an American whiskey with the unusual credentials of maintaining a reputation for exceptional quality while being relatively easy to come by. The profile confirms a #1 Mashbill from Buffalo Trace, which is reported to be low rye (10% or less), yielding notes of caramel, new charred oak, liquorice bullets, cocoa and peppermint rock lollies plus cinnamon in support. The complexity grows with time. Re-tasted from a 20ml sample, it's lean on entry, but fills out beautifully into a medium-bodied, chewy whiskey with muted rye spices before vanilla and Bounty Bar flood the finish, the sugars checked by balancing oak and more creamy vanillas. Ever reliable and better than many Bourbons at twice its price, Eagle Rare remains hard to beat. 45% Alc./Vol.

Jack Daniels Single Barrel

Strong, robust aromas that is noticeably sweet with hints of vanilla and toasted oak. Nice vanilla, caramel to start and becomes heavier and almost creamy in nature. Toasted oak notes on the finish. Each barrel is hand-selected by Master Distiller, Jeff Arnett.

Redemption Bourbon

84 Proof mash bill: 75% corn, 21% rye and 4% barley. Average of 3 years, aged in charred oak barrels. The high amount of corn gives this bourbon a classic sweet taste with notes of vanilla and caramel from the wood, and the rye adds some light spice flavor.

Woodford Reserve Double Oaked Bourbon Whiskey

A new Woodford that’s set to be part of the core range. This is finished in heavily toasted, lightly charred barrels.

Evan Williams Single Barrel Bourbon

Evan Williams Single Barrel is bottled solely from a single barrel - hand-selected by Master Distillers. Like a fine wine, each bottle of Evan Williams Single Barrel Vintage Bourbon states the exact day it was put in an oak barrel to age. Featuring a delicate amber gold colour and a nose of dark caramel, sweet oak & charred wood, the palate is lush & spicy with oak, honey, apple & orange notes. The sublime finish is long, graceful and relaxed.

Maker's Mark Strength Bourbon Whisky Batch 23-06

Maker’s Mark Cask Strength is well crafted with carefully selected ingredients and aged until it’s just right. Through the decades, fans of single barrel and barrel-proof bourbon have inquired about when Maker's Mark would release one of its own. And, the philosophy at the distillery was always to remain true to Bill, Sr.'s taste vision. But, after releasing Maker's Mark 46 and actually tasting this stuff right out of the barrel, the thinking on a barrel-strength release evolved. If you can imagine the caramel, vanilla and fruity notes of Maker's Mark turned all the way up, you'd have a pretty good idea of what Maker's Mark Cask Strength is like. While the higher proof delivers a bold bourbon presence in cocktails, we recommend drinking this surprisingly smooth barrel-proof whisky neat, on the rocks or with a splash. This is Maker’s Mark with nothing added to get in its way. Certainly not a beginner’s bourbon, Maker’s Mark Cask Strength is for the enthusiast who’s after bolder flavours and higher proofs. After being screen filtered to remove wood pieces and char, Maker’s Mark Cask Strength goes straight to the bottle at a range of 108 to 114 proof. This wouldn’t work with just any whisky. Bottled at barrel proof, Maker's Mark Cask Strength ranges from 108 to 114 proof depending on the barrels. Surprisingly smooth, this bourbon retains the signature, front-of-the-palate flavours of Maker's Mark while amping up the vanilla and rich oak notes. The aromas begin with rich oak, followed vanilla and caramel. The palate is robust, with a warm texture, notes of caramel, vanilla and spice. The finish is long on front of tongue, harmonious with no harsh bitterness. This wheated bourbon is rumored to be aged 6 years and it is bottled at cask strength and 109.5 proof.
