Yarra Yering Dry White No 1
This white blend's aroma includes some beeswax complexity and preserved lemon peel lift. Red apple skin and creamy white peach. The palate has crunchy red apple freshness and delicious passionfruit tropical fruits. The small amount of skin contact gives a textural wine and encouraged structure through tannins. The length is dominated by the Semillon and driven by a bright acid tang that would stand up to a variety of food pairings.
Toolangi Reserve Chardonnay
This unfiltered Chardonnay was made at Giaconda by Rick Kinzbrunner using traditional techniques. Quite sublime buttery richness with perfect balance of acid and oak integration.
Yarra Yering Chardonnay
Yarra Yering, well known for their pristine and elegant red wines, also make one of the Yarra Valley's premier Chardonnays. Made solely from the original 1969 plantings, the Yarra Yering Chardonnay is fermented traditionally in open top fermenters and crafted to age in bottle for extended periods. The wine goes through 100% malolactic fermentation which adds complexity and roundness without foregoing natural acidity and structure. Aged in 40% new French oak, this classic white wine combines intense opulence with finesse & textural flintiness.
Levantine Hill Cabernet Sauvignon
The Levantine Hill Cabernet Sauvignon is redolent with blackberry, blackcurrant and cocoa-rich chocolate. The supple, balanced middle palate evokes truffle, bramble and earthy complexity. An outstanding example of the Yarra Valley region, its chewy, satisfying tannins are beautifully-integrated with fleshy fruit characters, hedonic spice and lingering, persistent length.

A beautifull complex Pinot Noir from the Yarra Valley. Rich full fruit with a long sooth finish.
Oakridge 864 Chardonnay
Undoubtedly one of Australia's greatest Chardonnay's, the Oakridge 864 wine is terroir-driven. Made to demonstrate the importance of time and place with every bottle. This wine is comparable to top-end Burgundies. Ageing has enabled the acidity to slightly soften and the regional minerality to come to the fore, meaning the 2012 vintage is definitely one for the collection!
Giant Steps Tarraford Chardonnay
Located in a protected valley, Tarraford Vineyard is cooler than its neighbouring sites. A bright and fruit-driven Chardonnay, expect citrus and tropical fruit aromas of orange, pineapple and passion fruit on the nose. A medium bodied wine on the palate, it's delicate and fresh with tropical and citrus flavours. Produced in the distinctive terroir of Hampshire, Southern England, where chalk is the dominant element of the soil, this English Sparkling Wine was made using the thoroughly classic and traditional method, building on the internationally renowned grape varieties that are Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier. The blend incorporates a majority of Chardonnay, contributing to its finesse and elegance, as well as a large proportion of Pinot Noir, which produces fruit and structure, and just a touch of Pinot Meunier. Pommery style, expressed through English terroir.At first glance, it is a lovely and delicate pale straw yellow in color. To the nose, the key word that comes directly to mind is freshness, but also finesse thanks to the yellow citrus aromas that emerge. The end note is straight and free of harshness, with a well-controlled dosage that leaves no impression of sweetness.
