McGuigan Zero Shiraz
McGuigan Wines is going alcohol-free, well at least for these Zero range of wines. The varieties include shiraz, sparkling, rosé, chardonnay and sauvignon blanc and are now available at your local first Choice Liquor Market store. The wines were in development for over two years and use the latest spinning cone technology, working at low temperatures to gently remove alcohol after the fermentation process, ensuring the wines maintain their delicate fruit flavours. The wines were created to maintain strong varietal characteristic, it added, containing no artificial sweeteners or additives.
Yellow Tail Pure Bright Shiraz
Rich and smooth, with juicy red berries and hints of liquorice and spice.
Florence Jetsam Cab Shiraz Merlot
This Cabernet Shiraz Merlot blend shows aromas of bright red cherry with lashes of plum and raspberry flavours. Leaving a full and lengthy finish on the palate. The perfect pairing for a slow cooked beef pot roast.

Colour: Blushing ruby red. Medium purple core. Aroma: Intense all spice. Perfumed notes of fresh red currants and strawberries. Light charcuterie notes: pastrami and bresaola. Intensely aromatic. Palate: Red fruits follow onto the palate. Vanilla crème gateaux. Fine graphite powdery tannins. Pannacotta silkiness on the palate.
