Elderton East Wing Barossa Shiraz

A rich, classically styled, medium to full-bodied Shiraz with ample richness, a softly textured supple mouthfeel, and lifted flavours of ripe dark plum, liquorice, dark chocolate and toasty vanillin oak gliding across the palate.

Neldner Road Barossa & Eden Valley Shiraz

Chateau Tanunda Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon

Chateau Tanunda was established in 1890 and is the site of some of the First vines planted in the Barossa in the 1840s as well as the Valleys first winery. The grapes for this Cabernet Sauvignon are from select rows of our Eden Valley vineyard. This wine displays deep, rich purple and red hues. The bouquet has lifted aromas of blackcurrant, bluberry and spice on the silky smooth palate with hints of cedar and mint.

Yalumba Signature Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz

Almost blood red, this is a Cabernet Sauvignon & Shiraz in motion, changing and shifting from red scents of currants and cranberries to the black fruits of plum compote and black cherries, before a touch of cedar, leafy herbs and powdery black spices freshen the finish. The wine has a coolness that belies its power. The expression is as restrained as it is muscular. Richly layered, the fruit completes the structure. Underneath theres an umami earthiness, like scents of camping in the woods. Impeccably balanced. Savour with a rosemary pepper beef rib roast with porcini jus.

St Hugo Cabernet Shiraz

St Hugo Cabernet Shiraz displays a dark ruby red with purple hues. The bouquet of dark forest fruits such as plum, blueberry and cassis lead into a beautifully complex palate of blackcurrent, sweet plum and chalky tannins. There is a underlying savoury oak hint and a finish of lingering dark chocolate.

Grant Burge Corryton Estate Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon

Robert Oatley Limited Release Barossa Shiraz

Totally opaque black heart with a deep dark red black hue. Elevated scents of ripe blackberry, liquorice and dark plum flow from the glass followed by hints of dark chocolate, vanillin oak and spice. Rich blackberry, liquorice and dark plum fruits saturate the palate and have a lush feel with some blueberry, subtle dark chocolate, vanillin cedar and spice lying underneath. Velvety tannins provide ample structure. Finishes very long and opulent with a touch of refinement. Drink over the next 6-8 years. Alc. 14%

Torbreck The Struie Red

A tried and true expression of ripe and generously flavoured shiraz that lets the fruit do the talking rather than excessive oak or alcohol. Traditionally a blend of Barossa and Eden Valley estate grown fruit, there's so much to like here ; delicately scented spice, earth and licorice complexities intertwine with layers of supple, mouth filling blue and black fruits. Savoury, long and fine, quality French oak imparts gentle cedar notes to complete the picture. 'A blend of Barossa and Eden Valleys. An extremely powerful and complex wine, with a major question hanging over its head in the form of tis alcohol; there is an ocean of black fruits, but the alcohol warmth is a take it or leave it issue.'
