The name of this outstanding wine, 'The Holy Trinity' symbolises the Burge family's migration to the Barossa in the 1850's. The family, the vines and their faith created a tradition of winemaking that has continued for five generations. This wine also pays homage to the Barossa, encapsulating the three traditional red varieties of the Barossa - Grenache, Shiraz and Mourvedre. Under guidance of head winemaker Craig Stansborough, the three varieties come together to make a complex and flavour filled red.

St Hugo GSM is aromatic and bright, yet exudes the style and pedigree which are hallmarks of the St Hugo label. This Grenache Shiraz Mataro blend shows lifted fruit aromas of Turkish delight and briary complexity. The palate is plush, full and complex. Ripe fruit flavours are complemented by silky tannins and subtle oak.

Calabria Pedro Ximenez & Semillon; a luscious, fortified wine of exceptional quality, wonderfully rich and decadent. Raisins, figs, dates and marmalade together with hints of rancio and banoffee pie. A dessert in itself, serve slightly chilled, though combining exceptionally well with ice-cream, blue cheese & charcuterie or even sticky ribs.

Blended Cabernet Sauvignon 40%, Syrah 40% and Merlot 20%. Smooth and less harshness of the blend making the wine easy. It's splendidly fragrant and enticing with dark plum, cherry, clove and toasted almond notes, leading to a beautifully rounded palate displaying fleshy texture and silky flow. Deep and lively ruby colour. The wine is full-bodied and has very appealing red fruit driven aromas. On the palate, fresh and youthful with raspberry and cherry flavours, combined with a long and intense finish. For over two centuries the name of Dow has been associated with the finest Port from the vineyards of the Upper Douro Valley. Produced from traditional Portuguese varietals and aged in seasoned oak casks for an average of 3 years, while most other producers age their wines in steel tanks, Dow’s goal is to offer the extra complexity that oak can provide. Sorby Adams Neptune Rings is a premium red wine range of signature Barossa grape varieties sourced from the region's finest soils. This collection honors our ancestor, John Couch Adams, who, along with fellow mathematicians, proved the existence of the planet Neptune in the 1840s. His name is immortalized in one of Neptune's five rings. Galle is another ring of Neptune and is our signature Barossa Cabernet Sauvignon wine. This wine showcases a dark, brick-red color with a magenta hue and features complex aromas of cherry and plum. On the palate, rich black cherry and plum flavours come alive, accompanied by hints of licorice and mint, all with impressive length and finesse. It has been matured in French oak hogsheads (30% new) for 24 months, using air-dried wood from Francois Frere and Taransaud Coopers. The grapes are sourced from Angaston in the Eden Valley and Ebenezer in the Barossa Valley. It is enjoyable now and has the potential to age beautifully until 2038. This wine is sealed with QORK.
