Montepulciano d’Abruzzo “Madia” is a perfect example of a traditional Abruzzese wine. The deep, intense pitch-black hue, with its typical purplish glints, is due to Montepulciano grapes. Ruby red colour, with purplish glints. The clean nose profile shows berry fruits scents and jam aromas, with hints of violet and bitter liquorices in the finale. The wine is supple and warm, well-balanced, firm, and pleasantly lasting in the mouth. It is an ideal food wine, perfect to pair with a wide range of dishes, easily drinkable and enjoyable every day.

Chris Hatcher of 'Hatch Wines' has been a winemaker for almost 50 years including more than 35 years at Wolf Blass, 27 as Chief Winemaker. As rare as it is special – Morticia Sparkling Barossa Shiraz holds a special place in the Simon Sorby Adams' 45 years of winemaking. At it's heart is his most celebrated wine - The Thing Barossa Old Vine Shiraz - which forms the base wine to this sparkling, from vintages 2017, 2018 and 2019. The palate delivers a seductive explosion of rich black berry fruits with a touch of sweetness balanced by fresh acidity and a long dry finish. St Hugo Cabernet Shiraz displays a dark ruby red with purple hues. The bouquet of dark forest fruits such as plum, blueberry and cassis lead into a beautifully complex palate of blackcurrent, sweet plum and chalky tannins. There is a underlying savoury oak hint and a finish of lingering dark chocolate.
