An intense nose of blackberry, black olive, liquorice and cigar box characters leads to a powerful palate of rich blackberry, olive tapenade and vanillin spice with dense, powerful and grippy tannins. Fermented for 7 10 days in traditional open top fermenters the wine undergoes malo-lactic fermentation in French and American hogsheads followed by twenty months oak maturation. Enjoy now or will reward careful cellaring for 10+ years.

Crafted from grapes sourced from only the old and gnarled vines from some of the Barossa Valley's most historic sites, this wine demonstrates the living history inherited from this region's forefathers and their legacy for quality. Deepening amber in colour with tints of ruby. There are enticing aromas of dark chocolate and warming spice leading to a luscious palate of concentrated dark forest berry fruits derived from old Barossa vines - layered with complexity of spice from time spent maturing in oak barrels, silky tannins and a long finish.

The dense purple red colour highlights the aroma of dark cherry, blackberry and cedar oak. The palate is full of intense dark fruits, with supporting mocha oak, sweet spices and hints of black pepper. The velvety tannins support the fruit and focus the length of flavours to produce a seamless wine with the potential to age for 10 or more years

Colour is deep red. The nose shows aniseed, tar, FruChocs and spicy oak. The fine palate entry has mulberry, cranberry, aniseed and liquorice flowing delicately with Rhone-like spicy, chewy, savoury tannins.

St Hugo GSM is aromatic and bright, yet exudes the style and pedigree which are hallmarks of the St Hugo label. This Grenache Shiraz Mataro blend shows lifted fruit aromas of Turkish delight and briary complexity. The palate is plush, full and complex. Ripe fruit flavours are complemented by silky tannins and subtle oak.

Full bodied yet velvety texture with plums and raspberries dominating. Hints of sweet spice, black olive pepper add to the complexity.

Bin 138 draws its inspiration from the wines of Southern Rhône in France, where shiraz, grenache and mataro (mourvèdre) are blended in varying proportions to create full-bodied wines possessing rich and heady perfume. The nose of the 2017 vintage is comfortably embedded in the savoury spectrum with scents of charcuterie cold meats and a balsamic reduction, while fresh fruits elude with air. A tried and true expression of ripe and generously flavoured shiraz that lets the fruit do the talking rather than excessive oak or alcohol. Traditionally a blend of Barossa and Eden Valley estate grown fruit, there's so much to like here ; delicately scented spice, earth and licorice complexities intertwine with layers of supple, mouth filling blue and black fruits. Savoury, long and fine, quality French oak imparts gentle cedar notes to complete the picture. 'A blend of Barossa and Eden Valleys.
