Mainly situated on south exposed gentle slopes, called Mont, they benefit from the warm sun, while the mists from the sea bring cooler winds. These specific vines were planted on clay soils mostly made of pebbles, called Gravet and their roots go deep into the ground to find water, enhancing the elegance of the wine.
