Lark Hill Scuro Sangiovese Shiraz
"Scuro" is a blend of Sangiovese and Shiraz from our Dark Horse Vineyard, co-harvested and co-fermented. Scuro (meaning "Dark") is named for both its Italian roots and for the impressive dark colour that took us by surprise during fermentation. Extended maturation in French Oak Hogsheads has resulted in a powerful and generous wine with a deep ruby hue, rich palate and great cellaring potential. Certified Organic, Biodynamic, Vegan-suitable.

Torbreck The Steading Grenache Blend
One of the bast examples going around. Incredibly ripe and sweet fruited bouquet and palate, showing Grenache's love for the heat; soft and ripe, warm and fleshy, with a splash of savoury spice to conclude.
Yalumba Fdr1A
'Wonderful example of a full to medium bodied yet soft and supple Barossa cabernet shiraz blend. It shows how these two varieties really work well together. Lush mulberry and blueberry fruit characters with coffee and chocolate complexity. The texture and layers of fruit richness sit so harmoniously with the liberal application of oak. Ripe, chalky tannins' (2010 Vintage) - 95 Points. - Weekend West, Perth, 20 Sep 2014, by Ray Jordan
Chateau Tanunda Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon
Chateau Tanunda was established in 1890 and is the site of some of the First vines planted in the Barossa in the 1840s as well as the Valleys first winery. The grapes for this Cabernet Sauvignon are from select rows of our Eden Valley vineyard. This wine displays deep, rich purple and red hues. The bouquet has lifted aromas of blackcurrant, bluberry and spice on the silky smooth palate with hints of cedar and mint.
Calabria Pedro Ximenez
Calabria Pedro Ximenez & Semillon; a luscious, fortified wine of exceptional quality, wonderfully rich and decadent. Raisins, figs, dates and marmalade together with hints of rancio and banoffee pie. A dessert in itself, serve slightly chilled, though combining exceptionally well with ice-cream, blue cheese & charcuterie or even sticky ribs.

Barossa Valley Wine Co. Stockyard Shiraz
Stockyard takes its name from the 100+ year old stone ruin on our Farms vineyard. Originally a slaughterhouse, today it occupies a much more serene position overlooking rows of low-yielding Shiraz vines. Seductive aromas of blackberry, plum and liquorice with savoury white spice on the nose, the palate is rich and concentrated with dark fruit flavours. The spice carries through to the palate, backed by intensely powerful tannins and integrated oak characters from eighteen months maturation in new and one-year-old French and American hogsheads. This wine will benefit from careful cellaring for 5 years and beyond.
Dows Fine Ruby Port
Deep and lively ruby colour. The wine is full-bodied and has very appealing red fruit driven aromas. On the palate, fresh and youthful with raspberry and cherry flavours, combined with a long and intense finish. For over two centuries the name of Dow has been associated with the finest Port from the vineyards of the Upper Douro Valley. Produced from traditional Portuguese varietals and aged in seasoned oak casks for an average of 3 years, while most other producers age their wines in steel tanks, Dow’s goal is to offer the extra complexity that oak can provide. Ruby Port tends to have more youthful fruit flavours, and is therefore ready to be enjoyed straight away,
