Xanadu Fusion Chardonnay gives an elegant bouquet full of pears, grapefruit and gala apples with underlying hints of nougat and cashew. The palate is medium bodied displaying white fleshed stone fruits and zesty citrus flavours. The wine offers an almost crystalline minerality, complimented by a lovely creamy/marshmallow texture derived from lees stirring whilst in barrel. Taut and fresh, the bright fruit and crisp acidity combine to focus the wine perfectly to a lingering fruit finish.

A blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon, this attractive white from Leeuwin Estate shows concentrated tropical fruit characters, such as honeydew melons, pineapples and fresh lime along with aromatic floral notes of Jasmine, frangipani with hints of warm spices on the nose. It is well rounded with vibrant citrus fruits and balanced acidity on the palate. Length finish and great with Asian food.

Since 1992, Madfish have been producing an exciting range of contemporary, cool climate wines inspired by the wild, coastal and pure characterises of Australia's South West. The wines are made by the dedicated team led by chief winemaker Janice McDonald. The chardonnay displays bright notes of citrus blossom, peach fuzz and melon that merge beautifully with rich nuances of crème caramel, lemon curd and vanilla pod. The Tate family are one of the most famous wine names in Western Australia, especially in Margaret River. It was the Tate family who began Evans & Tate decades ago and today the Tate name is re-born under the Franklin Tate Estates label. Watson Family Chardonnay is pale straw in colour, with detailed notes of chamomile and orchard fruits on the nose. The palate is vibrant and racy, featuring crunchy fresh peaches and nectarines. Acidity is bright and clean.
