Deep Woods Hillside Chardonnay exhibits lifted nectarine and white blossom characters. A suggestion of cedar like oak frames the generous stone fruit characters and complex chipped shell minerality. The palate is clean and lively with tremendous depth of ripe stone-fruit flavour nuanced by cashew notes. Bright citrusy acidity ensures and long and seamless finish providing enhanced structure and length.

Ripe stone fruit, melon and pear with intense shortbread, brioche and toasted bread notes from time spent maturing on yeast lees. Rich, full and seamless. Creamy, ripe stone fruits fill the mouth on entry, with lovely shortbread and brioche flavours adding richness and complexity. Fermented 80% in stainless steel tanks and the rest in French oak barriques, Vinaceous Shakre Chardonnay has been designed to display the strengths of modern Margaret River Chardonnay. West Cape Howe Cape To Cape Chardonnay is a bright and clear wine flaunting a light lemon colour. The bouquet of this cool climate Chardonnay wine is beautifully aromatic with raw cashew nut characters and fragrances of fresh melon fruit.
