Fermented 80% in stainless steel tanks and the rest in French oak barriques, Vinaceous Shakre Chardonnay has been designed to display the strengths of modern Margaret River Chardonnay. This wine of merit features a pale lemon colour and opens with bright and clean fruit aromas accompanied by subtle oak nuances. Juicy and structured on the palate, the wine offers a crisp and clean finish that lingers on. It's a casual, uncomplicated accompaniment to a variety of meals, especially mushrooms.

West Cape Howe Cape To Cape Chardonnay is a bright and clear wine flaunting a light lemon colour. The bouquet of this cool climate Chardonnay wine is beautifully aromatic with raw cashew nut characters and fragrances of fresh melon fruit. The palate is delicious and delicately flavoured with sweet tropical fruits and fresh honeydew melons. With an amazing palate weight, this Chardonnay is balanced by fresh acidity and flavoursome length. This exquisite Five Tales Sauvignon Blanc Semillon displays a pale straw colour with a bright green haze. The fragrant bouquet exudes lively aromas of tropical fruits, citrus and herbs, making way for a zesty and textured palate filled with intense citrus and tropical fruit flavours. These vibrant characters are balanced by crisp acidity, which leads this delightful white blend to a dry and refreshing finish. It has the potential to be cellared for 1 to 2 years from vintage. Suggested food pairings for this SSB include poached salmon, pan fried scallops and prawn ravioli.

Light straw green. A great expression of Sauvignon Blanc, with white flowers notes and tropical fruit aromas. A marvellous amalgam of pomelo, guava, cumquat with great minerality on the finish. Whiting, brown butter and pomegranate salad. This quality wine was produced on a certified Biodynamic, Carbon Neutral and naturally powered estate. It was produced from Sauvignon Blanc harvested exclusively from the familys Mangan Vineyard and on the day when the moon was opposite Saturn.

It has a lovely bouquet of white peach and pear with hints of honey and nougat. This chardonnay is 100% wild fermented and matured in French oak for nine months. The palate is soft with fresh tropical fruit flavours, finishing with citrus and chalky minerality. All three parcels were hand-picked on the same day and chilled overnight. The following day the grapes were tipped as whole bunches directly into our press and gently pressed off into a tank. Natural settling occurred overnight and the cloudy juice was then sent to French oak barrels twenty-four hours later. Wild fermentation was completed in a barrel and allowed to mature on its own lees for nine months, with minimal stirring during this time, to maintain freshness and natural acidity.
