Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum is a rum produced by Sailor Jerry Ltd. as a tribute to both the man, Norman 'Sailor Jerry' Collins and the style of Rum 'Jerry' concocted and consumed whilst serving in the US Navy.

When crafting Bundaberg Select Vat, BDCs master craftsmen search their 2 year old rum reserves and hand select those that exhibit extra special qualities. These premium rums are then aged for a total of 6 years in oak vats until they reach their peak. This extra time ageing adds richness and balance to the classic Bundaberg character, like all special Bundaberg Rums is perfect to be enjoyed neat or with your favourite mixer.

Bundaberg's Small Batch edition is crafted by blending the finest Bundaberg rums with the richest aged reserves from the distillery, then matured in sweet cognac and brandy barrels. The result is truly a complex creation with exceptional fruit flavours and the perfect balance of vanilla, honey and spice. These bottles are limited with each MDC Small Batch release referencing its batch and bottle number.

First distilled in 1888, Bundaberg Rum is as Australian as it gets. Aged for a minimum of two years, this great rum made from 100% Queensland sugar cane shows evocative flavours of molasses and caramel.

Smooth and medium bodied, Captain Morgan Original Spiced is a spirit based drink containing a secret blend of Caribbean rums, mellow spice and other natural flavours such as vanilla, cardamom and cinnamon. It gets its distinct richness and amber colour from aging the rum in charred white oak barrels. Captain Morgan Original Spiced is the perfect mix with Cola. Appleton Signature is a flagship product of the Estate's Jamaica Rum Family. It is a Blended Rum, which means it is a combination of several rums of different styles and ages and does not have an age statement. A bright, vibrant white 100% Jamaican white rum that takes the best flavours Jamaica has to offer and blends them into a full-textured rum that can be enjoyed by rum and non-rum drinkers alike. Nose: bright, zesty tropical fruits with hints of lemongrass, pineapple and white pepper. An unmistakable yet subtle note of Jamaican pot still rum Taste: rich caramel sweetness and full texture, with notes of fresh cut sugarcane grass, mango and a subtle peppery heat Finish: lingering sweetness and a clean pot still note that shows itself in ripe bananas and a hint of pimento berry

Santisima Trinidad 7 year old Rum is tbright amber in colour with slightly sweet aromas of raisins, dried grapes and oak. On the palate there is slight but perceptible sweetness, combined with hints of vanilla and dried sweet almonds.

Using the distillery's 120 years of rum-making expertise, the master craftsmen have searched our two-year old Bundaberg Rum reserves and selected a vat that was producing a rum with extra special characteristics. This premium rum was then doubled aged for a minimum of four years in our hand-crafted oak vats until it reached its peak.
