Smooth and medium bodied, Captain Morgan Original Spiced is a spirit based drink containing a secret blend of Caribbean rums, mellow spice and other natural flavours such as vanilla, cardamom and cinnamon. It gets its distinct richness and amber colour from aging the rum in charred white oak barrels. Captain Morgan Original Spiced is the perfect mix with Cola. Alternatively, try Ginger Ale for a lighter flavour.

First distilled in 1888, Bundaberg Rum is as Australian as it gets. Aged for a minimum of two years, this great rum made from 100% Queensland sugar cane shows evocative flavours of molasses and caramel.

Red Leg rum is left to rest in oak barrels and infused with Jamaican ginger, spices and caramelised Pineapple. Smooth texture with vibrant Pineapple notes and a warming mouth feel.

Banana Bomb like all Rockstar Rums mixes perfectly with cola, lemonade, or ginger beer. Banana Bomb is an extremely versatile cocktail spirit for all classic rum recipes but our favourite would be a legendary Banana Daiquiri.

In many ways Bundaberg's O.P. is similar to the Underproof, but delivers an extra degree of intensity at all levels.

Using the distillery's 120 years of rum-making expertise, the master craftsmen have searched our two-year old Bundaberg Rum reserves and selected a vat that was producing a rum with extra special characteristics. This premium rum was then doubled aged for a minimum of four years in our hand-crafted oak vats until it reached its peak.

This blend of pot and column still rums, aged a minimum of 8 years in the tropical climate of Jamaica, is made with Jamaican limestone-filtered water and no added flavours.Perfect for sipping or transforming ordinary drinks into extraordinary cocktails such as Joys Cocktail or the Rum Manhattan.

Local, sustainably sourced molasses is blended with our unique water. Artisan distillers hand make the wash and double distil it. Before the premium spirit is aged in oak casks, we bottle a very limited quantity for you to enjoy in cocktails and mixed drinks.
