Smooth and medium bodied, Captain Morgan Original Spiced is a spirit based drink containing a secret blend of Caribbean rums, mellow spice and other natural flavours such as vanilla, cardamom and cinnamon. It gets its distinct richness and amber colour from aging the rum in charred white oak barrels. Captain Morgan Original Spiced is the perfect mix with Cola. Bumbu is an exquisite, all-natural craft rum blended with native Caribbean ingredients. Crafted by hand in Barbados, Bumbu is distilled from premium sugarcane hand-selected from eight countries throughout the Caribbean and South America, and aged up to 15 years.

Capricorn Spiced is a finely crafted, small batch distillation of Central Queensland molasses. We've left to age in European and American Oak barrels it matures quickly in the tropical heat to produce a dark and hearty spirit. Mixed with a traditional bill of spices that has an Australian twist to it, it drinks superbly straight up, with Ginger Beer and Lime, or in a cocktail. Capricorn Spiced has no added chemicals and is made from all natural ingredients.

Santisima Trinidad 7 year old Rum is tbright amber in colour with slightly sweet aromas of raisins, dried grapes and oak. On the palate there is slight but perceptible sweetness, combined with hints of vanilla and dried sweet almonds.

Bundaberg Red is the first Rum to be filtered with Red Gum. Bundaberg Red has been crafted to deliver an incredibly smooth taste while retaining the unique character for which Bundaberg Rum is famous. Bottled here in a larger 1L bottle for the true lover of Bundy Red, and also a great addition to any bar.

Small Batch Vintage Barrel is crafted by blending the finest Bundaberg Rum with 8YO rum reserves matured in 100 year old Port barrels. Vintage Barrel is a complex rum with exceptional dried fruit flavours coupled with rich caramel notes, and the depth of American oak.

Made from a 100% natural maceration of Victorian pineapple with a double matured Trinidad Rum. This Plantation Stiggins Fancy Pineapple Rum has a rich and delicious bouquet on the nose. Accented by smoky notes and tropical fruit aromas such as, pineapple, citrus peel, and a touch of clove. The palate opens with a structured, pleasant sensation of ripe banana, pineapple, and spices layered in a smoky finish.

Mount Gay Eclipse Rum is widely recognised as the oldest Rum in the world. Aged in charred, American oak barrels for a minimum of two years, producing a marvellous, semi-sweet Rum that has flavours of apricot, banana and vanilla. The barrel ageing gives the Rum a lightly smoked, long lasting finish.

Using the distillery's 120 years of rum-making expertise, the master craftsmen have searched our two-year old Bundaberg Rum reserves and selected a vat that was producing a rum with extra special characteristics. This premium rum was then doubled aged for a minimum of four years in our hand-crafted oak vats until it reached its peak.
