When crafting Bundaberg Select Vat, BDCs master craftsmen search their 2 year old rum reserves and hand select those that exhibit extra special qualities. These premium rums are then aged for a total of 6 years in oak vats until they reach their peak. This extra time ageing adds richness and balance to the classic Bundaberg character, like all special Bundaberg Rums is perfect to be enjoyed neat or with your favourite mixer.

Some Rums are made to be mixed, Havana Club Añejo 7 Años was made to be savoured neat. Putting to good use the tradition and the skills previous generations of Meastros handed down to create a very complex Rum with a wealth of flavours that remains incredibly easy to enjoy neat.

Santisima Trinidad 7 year old Rum is tbright amber in colour with slightly sweet aromas of raisins, dried grapes and oak. On the palate there is slight but perceptible sweetness, combined with hints of vanilla and dried sweet almonds.

Select Barrel is aged in particular oak barrels selected for their rich natural sweetness and intense aromatic qualities for a minimum of three years under the watchful eyes of our cellar master at Habitation Clément. Inspired by the life, and death, of Henry Morgan, Captain Morgan's Black Spiced Rum is crafted from authentic Caribbean rum distilled from blackstrap molasses, select spices and natural flavourings, then finished in double charred blackened oak for its distinctive dark colour and premium, smooth taste. A bold flavour similar to the finest aged whiskies, nuances of warming spice and vanilla linger for a moment, then slip away for a delicious and silky finish.

Havana Club Añejo Especial is a blend of Rums aged up to five years and it is this ageing that creates the golden colour and warm aromas. Its character combines the lightness of White Rums and the robust aroma of Dark Rums.
