After living in the Caribbean for a few years it was only natural for the distiller to produce traditional Caribbean style Rums, formulated from a closely guarded recipe.

A bright, vibrant white 100% Jamaican white rum that takes the best flavours Jamaica has to offer and blends them into a full-textured rum that can be enjoyed by rum and non-rum drinkers alike. Nose: bright, zesty tropical fruits with hints of lemongrass, pineapple and white pepper. An unmistakable yet subtle note of Jamaican pot still rum Taste: rich caramel sweetness and full texture, with notes of fresh cut sugarcane grass, mango and a subtle peppery heat Finish: lingering sweetness and a clean pot still note that shows itself in ripe bananas and a hint of pimento berry

Made from a 100% natural maceration of Victorian pineapple with a double matured Trinidad Rum. This Plantation Stiggins Fancy Pineapple Rum has a rich and delicious bouquet on the nose. Accented by smoky notes and tropical fruit aromas such as, pineapple, citrus peel, and a touch of clove. The palate opens with a structured, pleasant sensation of ripe banana, pineapple, and spices layered in a smoky finish.

Inspired by the life, and death, of Henry Morgan, Captain Morgan's Black Spiced Rum is crafted from authentic Caribbean rum distilled from blackstrap molasses, select spices and natural flavourings, then finished in double charred blackened oak for its distinctive dark colour and premium, smooth taste. A bold flavour similar to the finest aged whiskies, nuances of warming spice and vanilla linger for a moment, then slip away for a delicious and silky finish.

Santisima Trinidad 7 year old Rum is tbright amber in colour with slightly sweet aromas of raisins, dried grapes and oak. On the palate there is slight but perceptible sweetness, combined with hints of vanilla and dried sweet almonds.
