Sitting high in the Adelaide Hills, Sidewood hand craft single vineyard wines of the utmost complexity. Their Chardonnay is made up of four French Chardonnay clones from the Ashwood vineyard and shows a crisp front palate with lifted layers of aromatic fruit. Each clone provides a unique flavour profile to the end result and delivers a wine displaying complex pear, peach & fig fruit flavours with some lovely nutmeg and sage spice notes.

The Serafino Bellissimo Pinot Grigio is a bright, zesty refreshing white wine with hints of citrus blossom, ginger and nashi pear.

This Sauvignon Blanc from Paracombe in South Australia's Adelaide Hills is a beautiful wine with long lasting flavours. Aromas of passionfruit and tropicals with fresh pure flavours of gooseberry, and zesty, mineral notes for a clean lingering finish.

This Sauvignon Blanc has been sourced from the beautiful Gumeracha wine region. Crafted with minimal intervention, the wine flaunts a gorgeous green colour with a golden touch. A swirl on the glass exudes aromas of lime, grass, lemon and mango. These aromas seamlessly pave way for a matching palate that is brimming with citrus. The lovely palate is followed by a refreshing finish. You can pair this varietal with delicate fishes, green vegetables or dishes with the tangy dairy ingredient.

Grant Burge East Argyle Pinot Gris is a pale yellow coloured wine which is highlighted by greenish tinges throughout. Its appealing bouquet gives off fragrances of sweet and spicy pears, vanilla ice cream and baked cheesecake, infused with subtle nuances of cinnamon and nutmeg. The rich and textured palate is packed with apricot, peach and pear flavours that end in a clean, lengthy and flavoursome climax. This magnificent Pinot Gris can either be consumed upon release or be cellared for a few years to enhance depth and flavour. Fish, fresh vegetables, crabs and shellfish go hand in hand with this excellent wine.

Gruner Veltliner has found a new home in the cool southern Adelaide Hills where it produces white wines that capture both the old-world essence of Austria and the modern vibrancy and clarity of Australia. Vintage: The 2018 growing season started slowly, but warmer weather eventually helped to speed things up. Fruit set throughout the region was good and the low rainfall and warm weather from January to April resulted in great sugar development, while a cooler than average March offered ideal night temperatures for colour and flavour development. Nose: The nose exhibits aromas of bosc pear and citrus blossom, complemented by spicy notes. Palate: The palate is beautifully complex with pear, rock melon and lemon, followed by additional floral notes and a crisp, dry finish. In 1980, Geoff left the then family company, Thomas Hardy and Sons, to make his own way in the Australian wine world. Geoff and fellow viticulturalist Ian Leask purchased the promising Pertaringa vineyard in McLaren Vale. A few years later, Geoff found the perfect location for producing cool climate grapes in the Adelaide Hills. He planted the vineyard in 1987 and named it K1 since this unique site was the first commercial planting of vines in the Kuitpo region in the southern Adelaide Hills. The colour is vibrant pale yellow with hues of gold. The aroma is like spring in the Adelaide Hills. A veritable ripening of stone fruit, especially white peaches and nectarine in the market gardens, butter melon, rock melon and cooking leeks in butter. The French oak smells are a terrific frame for the stone fruit. Overall it has a 3 dimensional quality to the aromas, ripening stone fruit and some creamy & succulent French oak.
