Saint Felix Distillery Bitter Citrus Aperitivo
A fresh take on a classic aperitivo style – we combine maceration and rotary evaporation to naturally extract a medley of citrus flavours, which are balanced with complex bitter roots and spice. An ensemble of bergamot, blood orange and Australian lemon myrtle balanced with comparatively bitter botanicals including rhubarb root and sarsaparilla, finished with a blush of native rosella flower. Inspired by the southern Italian folklore of Strega Nonna and her bittersweet tonics, known to liven the senses and bring good fortune with every sip.
San Marzano Edda Chardonnay
San Marzano is probably the most awarded winery in Puliga and Edda is the “flagship” white wine. Edda is one of the most highly awarded White wines in Italy. It is a blend of Chardonnay with 15% Moscatello Selvatico and 5% Fiano fermented for four months on French Oak. This produces a truly beautiful rendition of a Chardonnay blend, rich and floral with none of the terrible harshness of the old style Chardonnays. It is generous in its elegance, fresh, delicate and mineral.

Lillet Blanc Aperitif
With a history dating back to the 19th century Lillet Blanc is one of the world's favourite aperitif wines. Made from a blend of white wines from Bordeaux, mainly Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc, as well as citrus liqueurs from orange peel and bitter green apple. Traditionally served chilled and over ice with a slice of either orange, lemon or lime - yet equally at home in a long drink or a cocktail. Lillet Blanc (once called Kina Lillet) was also made famous in Ian Fleming's 1953 Casino Royale novel featuring James Bond in which Bond orders a 'Kina Lillet Martini' and names it the 'Vesper'. The 'Vesper' contains 'Three measures of Gordon's, one of Vodka, half a measure of Kina Lillet'.
