Bold and mighty Cabernet from RedHeads and the sustainable winery in the heart of the Barossa where their wines are made. This is a revival of the once very popular Pinball label. RedHeads has always been a bit of a rebel! The ‘movement’ started in 2002 in the McLaren Vale – in a cellar (complete with Pinball machines) where young winemakers could come in their spare time and make just the sort of small-scale wine they dreamed of (not like they did in their day job). Since then, the winery has moved home a few times, and today make their wines in the Barossa, at one of Australia's leading eco-friendly cellars. There, surrounded by many of Australia's biggest wine names, they handcraft revolutionary wines from top batches of grapes, rescued from under the noses of the big players.

Elephant In The Room Cabernet Sauvignon has a medium brick red in colour with a lifted and expressive nose of red berries,blackcurrants and distinct varietal tobacco leaf and forest floor. The palate is fruit-driven and vibrant with an open and approachable core of supple berried fruits, plums and cassis building to a ripe and mouth-filling back palate. A perfect each way betexcellent to drink now but able to improve with up to five years cellaring.

This delicious Merlot has flavours of plums, berry fruits and some toasty oak. A supple palate with good depth of flavour and fine tannins. Serve with your favourite sausages or the Sunday roast.

Flavours of raspberries, mulberries and cherries combine with clove, black pepper and subtle oak for a full bodied, smooth and juicy shiraz.

Attractive sweet fruit characters are well matched with spicy fruit in this easy drinking merlot which delivers outstanding value for money.

With a nose of rich spicy pepper and liquorice generous in intensity, Jacob's Creek Shiraz shows a medium-bodied palate displaying welcoming plum and cherry fruit flavours leading through to a softly textured finish.

When you're looking for a consistently good South Australian wine, this is a great pick. It's medium bodied and packed with dark fruits, creating a well balanced option. Enjoy with pizza or pasta.

From the stable of Devils Lair, Fifth Leg is a blend of Cabernet, Shiraz and Merlot that is a soft and supple drink-now style. The quality of the Margaret River fruit gives it flavour which will appeal to the serious red wine drinker as well.

Jacobs Creek winemaking dates back to 1847 when Johan Gramp planted his first vineyard on the banks of Jacob's Creek. This full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits an aroma of mint and blackcurrant, with a palate rich in blackcurrant and plum fruit flavours with smooth tannins.
