Fresh from Henschke's Littlehampton site in the Adelaide Hills, there are little squeaks of telltale bronze tones around the edges, then pears and almonds before a scoop of lychees and a mouth full of bright acids and herbal aromatics lolling around within its typical viscosity.

100% Chardonnay from Lenswood, The wine is painstakingly made in the traditional method of Champagne. Aged on lees for up to five years before being disgorged using the ancient method of ‘disgorgement à la volée’ - with nerve! The wine is super rich and complex. Roasted pine nuts, toasty citrus and brioche with a very fine bead of bubbles.

Nicolette Tranquillo is a still Prosecco (Glera) produced from a single vineyard in the Adelaide Hills Piccadilly Valley. It is bouyant with flavours of apple, pear, lemon rind, light flowers and even tropical fruits. Soft and fresh, pleasant and appealing in a light-footed way, but yet lovely mouth feel too!
