A Sicilian white grape, the name means Cricket. Once used to make Marsala but now premium white table wines. A good drink on its own or chilled for summer. Goes well with seafood.
Mordrelle Vintage Blanc de Blancs
Mordelle Blanc de Blanc, Adelaide Hills Hand picked, 100% Chardonnay from Lenswood, The wine is painstakingly made in the traditional method of Champagne. Aged on lees for up to five years before being disgorged using the ancient method of disgorgement à la volée - with nerve! The wine is super rich and complex. Roasted pine nuts, toasty citrus and brioche with a very fine bead of bubbles.
Nicolette Tranquillo
Nicolette Tranquillo is a still Prosecco (Glera) produced from a single vineyard in the Adelaide Hills Piccadilly Valley. It is bouyant with flavours of apple, pear, lemon rind, light flowers and even tropical fruits. Soft and fresh, pleasant and appealing in a light-footed way, but yet lovely mouth feel too! Nicolette - "The rebellious child that didn't want bubbles!"
