This Fiano is intensely flavoured and aromatic. The nose is of home grown apricots, lifted with hints of florals, citrus and nectarine. Firm acid frames the fruit giving presence and depth. Chalky minerality is underlain with a dash of honey and spice to finish. A beautiful bright and textural wine, with great length. This Fiano matches well with Italian dishes and seafood.

Pinot Noir and Meunier give the Altair power and riper red fruit aromas, and citrus lift and finesse from the Chardonnay. The addition of multi-vintage reserve wines adds depth and complexity. The fine, creamy mousse complements the peach and citrus characters. Bottle fermented and aged before a low dosage is added to balance the texture and acidity of the wine. 100% Chardonnay from Lenswood, The wine is painstakingly made in the traditional method of Champagne. Aged on lees for up to five years before being disgorged using the ancient method of ‘disgorgement à la volée’ - with nerve! The wine is super rich and complex. Croser was created as it was believed that the right region in Australia could produce sparkling wine to rival Champagne. That region is Piccadilly in the Adelaide Hills. The first vintage of Croser was released in 1985 and the winemaking philosophy continues today starting in the vineyard where all the vines are hand pruned, the grapes hand picked, the fruit whole bunch pressed, and the wines hand crafted in the traditional method.
