Longview vineyards are located in the cool climate of the Adelaide Hill. The wine is elegant and stylish showing complexity and intensity. This Cabernet shows true varietal characters of violets and blackcurrant.

In the glass the 2014 Gruner Veltliner, (or GruVe as we like to call it) is very pale straw with fine green hue. The nose is lifted with a flinty minerality and a loaf of citrus (more fresh limes than lemons) with a subtle herby peppery and floral notes. Again the citrus is prevalent on the palate followed by a fine peppery note. The mouth watering acidity combines with the fruit and peppery notes to deliver a long and fresh finish. Drink now or until 2025 with careful cellaring.

A delightfully pink sparkling wine, Yellow Tails Bubbles Rose; offers great quality, affordable bubbles that will bring an element of fun to your next celebration. Fresh and spritzy with flavours of red cherry, sweet spice and a hint of tropical fruits.

Ageing for a minimum of 24 months on lees adds complexity to the fresh citrus, red apple and spring blossom aromas. The palate is crisp with a lingering, mouth-watering finish. A persistent fine bead and creamy mousse gives extra lift to these delicious aromas and flavours. Winemaking: Different parcels of fruit are all hand-picked and whole bunch pressed separately into tank for settling. Fermentation of these small batches lasts around 12 days and in 2012 only some parcels of wine were putthrough malo-lactic ferment to soften the acidity and add complexity. Croser was created as it was believed that the right region in Australia could produce sparkling wine to rival Champagne. That region is Piccadilly in the Adelaide Hills. The first vintage of Croser was released in 1985 and the winemaking philosophy continues today starting in the vineyard where all the vines are hand pruned, the grapes hand picked, the fruit whole bunch pressed, and the wines hand crafted in the traditional method. As is the tradition with non vintage Champagne, this wine is a blend of the current vintage Croser with reserve wine from several older vintages, with each vintage adding distinctive qualities to the final blend. Croser Non Vintage stays true to the aperitif style of Vintage Croser, showcasing a rich, full blend of pinot noir and chardonnay from selected sites in the cool climate Piccadilly Valley and other parts of the Adelaide Hills.

Mordelle Blanc de Blanc, Adelaide Hills Hand picked, 100% Chardonnay from Lenswood, The wine is painstakingly made in the traditional method of Champagne. Aged on lees for up to five years before being disgorged using the ancient method of disgorgement à la volée - with nerve! The wine is super rich and complex. Roasted pine nuts, toasty citrus and brioche with a very fine bead of bubbles.

La Linea Tempranillo has floral aromas, with notes of raspberry, mulberry and cherry, and hints of sage and rosemary. Savoury and complex yet fresh, with distinctive fine tannins, it will age for some years.
